The website is hosted on Hostinger Cloud. Service requests are stored privately through Payload CMS in Supabase PostgreSQL in Canada Central. Hostinger Email/SMTP is configured for service-request notifications. Authorized administrators can access request records to manage enquiries. Service providers process information needed to operate these systems. Database region does not imply that all email or hosting processing occurs in Canada.
Online submission availability

Retention review
The system assigns service requests a retention-review date approximately 24 months after submission.
