Equipment types

Choose the equipment that needs repair

Start with the machine type, not a guessed fault. The pages below explain equipment-specific observations, identification and preparation for on-site assessment. If you already know the affected repair system, the Services hub provides another way to find the right information.

Electric Forklift Repair

Electric forklift repair starts with the whole truck and the function that has changed. Mobile Forklift Repair provides on-site GTA service for electric forklifts, helping frame an enquiry without assuming every problem is a battery or wiring fault.

FAQs

Choosing equipment repair support

Should I select an equipment type or a repair service?

Use an equipment page when you know the machine type but are unsure which system is affected. Use Services when you already want information about a repair category such as hydraulics or electrical faults. One request can include both details.

What if I do not know the equipment name?

Provide the make/model or asset identifier already available, plus a plain description of its usual work. Do not guess the power type, climb onto the machine or expose components just to classify it.

Are manual pallet jacks included?

The pallet-jack page focuses on powered and electric pallet jacks. A separate manual hand pallet-jack service has not been confirmed; identify the machine before assuming that offering is included.

Are scissor and boom lifts treated as forklifts?

No. They are aerial work platforms and have their own equipment pages. Platform and boom observations are kept separate from forklift mast and pallet-handling concerns.

Does an equipment listing guarantee every repair can be done on site?

No. The equipment, required work and site access must be reviewed. A listed category does not promise parts stock, every proprietary diagnostic system, inspection certification or completion on the first visit.
